Shipping costs amount to €8/box
Cash on delivery involves an addition of 3.00 euros.

Deliveries have the following rates for one package:

DELIVERY TIME IN ITALY
The order is prepared and shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days, delivery is entrusted to Bartolini or SDA and takes place within 48-72 hours throughout Italy, 3-5 days on the islands.
We advise the Customer to indicate an address where he can easily be found to receive the goods, and to always provide a telephone number (landline or mobile) where he can be reached, in order to avoid delays due to useless delivery attempts. It is also possible (and recommended) to enter the address of your place of work or of trusted people in charge of collecting the package.
The courier will make two delivery attempts, then leave a postcard indicating the contact details and the methods that can also be used via the internet to collect the goods.
The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times.
IN EUROPE

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from Pupakiotti with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier.
Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. The packages are carefully packaged.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or to refuse delivery.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Pupakiotti at info@brandinitaly.com
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Brand in Italy Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer.
We would like to remind new customers that Brand in Italy Srl can request the Bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in shipping the order. Brand in Italy Srl is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or causes of force majeure beyond our control.
